Register to Visit With Your Party of 10+

This is not a tasting appointment or table reservation!

Groups of 10+ are required to register PRIOR to visiting Debonné Vineyards so that we can schedule staff accordingly, spread out the arrival of large parties throughout the day for better service, regulate bus/limo traffic and control capacity. Use the scheduler below to register your visit. Sunday through Friday, groups should check in for service at the Main Bar in the Main Winery Building.

SATURDAYS, group seating is available in the Flight Terminal Tasting Bar & Layover Lounge and/or outdoor seating areas. We are unable to service or seat groups of 10+ inside the main winery on Saturdays. Please head straight to the Flight Terminal for service and seating. Please note that registration is not a table reservation. We do not hold seating. All seating is first-come/first-serve.

GROUP POLICIES:

Unregistered groups of 10+ will be refused service if the time slot is already full for groups.

Individuals within a party of 10+ that are determined to be intoxicated on arrival will result in the entire group being asked to leave. Any attempt by a minor in a group to consume alcohol will result in the entire group being asked to leave.
Transportation companies will be contacted to collect groups that are unruly, intoxicated or otherwise disruptive to our other guests. We encourage “wine tours” and discourage “party buses.”
Outside food/beverages are not permitted on the winery premises and will be confiscated and disposed of.

By proceeding with registration, you agree to abide by the policies outlined above and agree to be the person responsible for the group and their actions. Email [email protected] with any questions. Call the winery at 440-466-3485 to register a group of 30+. Oversized groups of this size have to be scheduled manually to block out two time slots.
