Custom Wine Labels

Personalized wine labels make great gifts for any occasion! Select the wine variety that you’d like the label on, choose a design, complete the form below with the personalized text and upload the photo. We’ll contact you with a proof before assembling your order. Your order will be ready in 2-3 business days for pickup at the winery. Custom labels are also available for delivery via our UPS Shipping ordering portal and on the Valley Wine Group site for local delivery. The first label is $5.00 plus the cost of the wine. Additional labels/reprints are $2. Cases/12 bottles can be customized for a flat $15.00 fee. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
