Kick off the Ice Wine Festival with a progressive dinner event the night before, or join us the following two Fridays (March 9 and 16) for more delightful gastronomic experiences. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. at Grand River Cellars with soup and salad. Proceed to Debonné Vineyards for a wonderful meal. Afterwards, move up the road to South River Vineyards for a delightful dessert. Our wine maker will pair each of the courses with his choice of wines.

Grand River Cellars: Soup - South of the Border Black Bean Soup - Black beans, tomatoes, sauteed peppers, onions and celery with special seasonings and a splash of Sherry wine.
Salad - Romaine lettuce with diced red onion, grilled pineapple and avocado garnish with mango chardonnay vinaigrette.
Dinner at Debonné Vineyards: Grilled chicken with a cinnamon peach sauce, wild grain rice, brown sugar glazed carrots and hearth baked bread
(A Lenten option is available for those in observance, please specify Chardonnay Steamed Salmon when making reservations .)

Grand River Cellars: Soup - Smoky Poblano Soup - Spicy southwest soup featuring roasted Poblano chilies, red peppers, corn and onions in a smokey broth.
Salad - Mixed greens with Bleu cheese crumbles, walnuts, sliced strawberries and granny smith apples with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Dinner at Debonné Vineyards: Grilled beef fillet with a honey grape sauce, Redskin mashed potatoes, green bean Almondine with a peppered butter sauce and hearth baked bread.
(A Lenten option is available for those in observance, please specify Chardonnay Steamed Salmon when making reservations.)

Grand River Cellars: Soup - Manhattan Clam Chowder (Red Chowder) - A lighter clam chowder laced with chunky tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and onions.
Salad - Mixed greens with fresh red peppers, Roma tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, Feta cheese and balsamic dressing.
Dinner at Debonné Vineyards: Grilled pork tenderloin wrapped in Prosciutto and topped with rosemary butter, scalloped potatoes with basil & rosemary seasonings,  green beans with butter sauce and hearth baked bread.
(A Lenten option is available for those in observance, please specify Chardonnay Steamed Salmon when making reservations )

Seating is very limited and will sell out early. This is a prepaid, non-refundable ticket event. $47.50 per person, which includes wine pairing with each course, gratuity and tax.

Saturdays March 3rd, 10th & 17th    Noon-5 p.m.

Join Debonné Vineyards, Ferrante Winery & Ristorante, Grand River Cellars Winery and Restaurant, Laurello Vineyards & St. Joseph Vineyards for Ohio's 9th Annual Ice Wine Festival, a progressive tasting of the ice wine produced in the Grand River Valley. Our neighbor winery up the road, South River Vineyard will also be serving their ice wine.
 
Patrons will visit each of the participating wineries and sample their Ice Wine along with a complimentary appetizer.
 
Many of the wineries will also have a featured event including ice carving, jewelry shows, dog sledding demonstrations and much more.
 
Cost is $6 per person at each winery, which includes an Ice Wine cordial glass, wine samples, appetizer and special events. Bring in a (non-expired, please) canned food item and receive $1 off to help support our local food banks.

Appetizer ~ Adams Reserve Sharp Cheddar served with homemade peach jam and crushed walnuts.

Appetizer ~ Peach Vidal mascarpone with vanilla crisp

Grand River Cellars Winery and Restaurant
Appetizer ~ Homemade warm peach cobbler.
Events ~ Ice carving at noon; Ice Wine marshmallow roast all day (small additional fee); wine jelly samples and sales by Gatherings; Winter Glow Progressive dinner (each Friday evening)

Appetizer ~ Homemade orange cranberry Biscotti
Event ~ Beach glass jewelery and pottery
